Eric is a founding member of the band and was its leader  for a  decade.  He emigrated  from  Den Bos in 1979 and returns every year to celebrate Carnival. Because of his well-developed sense of taste and style, Eric is the self-appointed master of protocol. In this role he never fails to adjust the coats, scarves and hats of the more slovenly band members. This  zeal and enthusiasm  is also the hallmark of his musicianship. He can always be heard

Originally from Coevorden, Gerry has found fulfilment and excitement in Canada as an autoworker at Ford and as a member of Tomatosoup.  He is one  of the band's dependable bus drivers.d uses . Recently retired, he enjoys more time his with family, and  fishing and boating  on Lake Erie.

Simon is a seasoned musician who has been playing trumpet since childhood in Hoogkarpel, Holland. He came to Canada with his family in 1956. For many years, he was a trumpet player in popular dance and rock and roll bands. He is the band's  president and he uses the whistle to signal the start and the end of selections.  Simon is retired  and devotes his energies to family, home and golf.

Randy is a lapsed trumpet player, who after a prolonged  absence,  returned to  the  instrument several years ago. He has quickly regained his skills and now is among the best musicians in the band, ably handling many lead trumpet parts. Randy is a Soup Bus driver. He is one of the younger members and has a  demanding job as  bakery manager in London market. Randy enjoys driving both his golf balls and his classic automobile.

Pete, a man of many talents, has played tuba and Soup Pot. He now provides harmony parts on trumpet. Pete was born in Stevensbeek and came to Canada in 1963 with his wife, Ria. Together they built a very successful farming operation east of London.  Pete and Ria  are both strong supporters of the band. In retirement  they  enjoy travel  and  being with  family,  and taking  part  in church activities.
